We understand how hard it is to find an honest, professional service company and we will go above and beyond to service your customers in our area. We have multiple service trucks, a storefront and we do not use an answering service or sub-contractors, so you are ensured of expert, accountable technicians. All of our technicians are clean, polite, highly trained professionals familiar with following all IVR check in/out procedures, taking pictures where applicable and never exceeding an NTE without approval. We know the importance of being dependable and arriving onsite in the agreed upon time frame when a work order is accepted. Our service trucks are fully stocked with a large variety of inventory so we may complete most jobs in one trip if parts are needed and as a courtesy, we offer you to replenish our stock used or we can bill you the parts at a discounted price. Do you purchase hardware or keys often? Don’t get held up on long lines at hardware stores. After setting up an account with us, you can call in hardware or key orders. It will be waiting for pickup at our service counter and all you have to do is sign off so you can get on with your busy schedule.
